1. Services & Appointments

Booking: Appointments can be made via our website or by phone. A valid credit card or deposit may be required to secure certain services.

Arrival: We recommend arriving 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or cancellation to avoid inconveniencing other clients.

Cancellations & No-Shows: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or "no-shows" may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the service cost.

2. Salon Rentals (Booth, Suite, & Station)

SC Beauty Company provides professional spaces for independent beauty contractors.

Independent Status: Renters are independent business owners and are not employees of SC Beauty Company.

Liability: SC Beauty Company is not responsible for the specific services, pricing, or professional conduct of independent renters. Clients should address concerns regarding services provided by a renter directly with that professional.

3. Health & Safety

For the safety of our staff and clients:

• Please notify us of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities prior to your service (especially for hair color, lash adhesives, or waxing).
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting symptoms of contagious illness or behaving in a disruptive or unsafe manner.

4. Payments & Refunds

Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. Final pricing may vary based on hair length, density, or the complexity of the service.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds on services. However, if you are unsatisfied with your result, please contact us within 48 hours so we can offer a complimentary "adjustment" with the original stylist.

Product Sales: Retail products may be returned for salon credit within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in original packaging.

5. Website Use & Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including logos, text, and images, is the property of SC Beauty Company and protected by copyright laws.
• You may not use our content for commercial purposes without express written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SC Beauty Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website.
